About Vitamins
SYNTHETIC vitamins and minerals are those substances which
have been produced in a laboratory from non-food products to duplicate
the vitamins and minerals found in food. Chemical names will be
listed as the sources for the vitamins and minerals. Refer

CRYSTALLINE vitamins come from sources in a natural food,
but by means of distillation, heat or solvents, it has been isolated
into a specific vitamin or amino acid.
ORGANIC refers to all vitamin products that contain the
element Carbon. ORGANIC supplements do not necessarily contain
food since many non-foods contain carbon.
FOOD CONCENTRATES are concentrated foods that contain vitamins
and minerals plus the accompanying nutrients and unknown elements

The Merck Index 9th Edition, Encyclopedia of Chemicals & Drugs
exposes their true content, i.e.:
* Vitamin A: Propylene oxide/petroleum/ether/methanol
* Vitamin B: Culture filtrates of mycobacterium
tuberculosis/streptomyces griseus/fermented liquors
* Vitamin C: Ascorbic acid/D-glucose converted to D-sorbitol
* Vitamin D: Ergostero/ultraviolet solvent
* Vitamin E: Hydroquinone & phytol in anhydroformic acid.
Take NO processed, artificial, chemical, refined, "improved",
colored, flavored, synthetic or simulated foods like the vitamins
or minerals which are mentioned above, and certainly NO devitalized,
fractioned, degenerated white sugar, flour, or pasta.
The Problem with Today's Vitamins:

Of The Vitamins You Take Go Down The Drain.
It is an undeniable fact that so called "natural" vitamins
are not truly natural. Actually, they are made from Coal Tar (a
"natural" source) but are not extracted from foods as
is widely believed. They are artificial and synthetic, regardless
of what certain vitamin manufactures claim.
Because so called "natural" vitamins and minerals are
synthetic chemicals rather than nutrients, they are biologically
inactive, or "dead". They can benefit you only if your
body is capable of performing a little miracle, namely changing
their molecular structure by complexing them with the essential
absorption factors and nutrient carriers. If your body fails to
do that, you will receive no benefit from the so-called "natural"
vitamins and minerals you take. At best they will only give a
short lived stimulant effect by draining from your own natural
reserves.
Nutrient science has proven that your body actually rejects, excretes
and wastes as much as 90% or more of the so called natural
vitamin and mineral supplements you take, receiving little or
no health benefits from them! That means $9.00 (or more) wasted
for every $10.00 spent. While that is very bad economics, the
loss in terms of expected (but not received) health benefits is
much more serious. Vitamins, even if taken in mega potencies,
simply cannot provide health benefits if they are not absorbed.
Poor absorption rate may therefore be the major reason why so
many people who take vitamins lack the immediate feelings they
are searching for, as well as the long term benefits. Although
some people do feel better in the beginning, this is often short
lived and negated by the long term detriment of taking such poor
nutrients. While other vitamin manufacturers include stimulants
that give you a false sense of health and energy.
