you properly program and use your own internal supercomputer,
the human brain.
Using a wide variety of effective rapid change techniques, "Life

for lifelong success.
Subconscious Reconditioning through Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a proven safe and effective process to renew and refresh
your thinking. In your first session we discuss and clarify your
most important goals and desires that are in alignment with
your values and morals.
Through
specific relaxation techniques your conscious mind is calmed and
quieted, allowing your subconscious mind to be more receptive
to positive messages that include your goals and desires.
"Any meaningful personal transformation
has
resulted from a shift in the subconscious mind. The subconscious
mind is the seat of the emotions, imagination, memory, habits,
and intuition."

Spiritual Conditioning
Spirit Conditioning is a must in our current world. With all the
stress in our day-to-day life as we travel at warp speed, it becomes
more difficult to maintain control and slow down. Just as our
body and mind need rest, nourishment, and conditioning so it is
with our spirit. When we make time daily to find and create a
quiet place to meditate on His word, we begin to learn
about the nature of who God is and in turn, who we are.
It takes discipline and desire to be still and listen to God.
We are more than body and mind, we are spirit; we were created
by God to have an interactive relationship with Him. When we are
still, we are more able to listen and focus on God, and all things
that are possible.
Centering Prayer
Be still and know that I am God. Psalm 46:10
This is a prayer that helps to open your mind and heart to God's
presence. This silent form of prayer enriches and compliments
other forms of prayer, and is not intended to exclude or replace
them. Centering Prayer enhances an interactive relationship with
God.

of my clients have experienced profound peace and joy.
