If you sign up for a new account, this will be your first step in setting your goals for the week. Every 7 days you will need to do the Weekly Life Review again to setup the week's goals as well. The Weekly Life Review is the most vital tool to help you plan your week and track progress.
You cannot complete the Goal System tool if you did not complete the Weekly Life Review, the system will send you back if you did not. Here you will select your main 3 goals for the week and do an exercise to list how you will execute them.
Leverage Links for Change is an important weekly exercise that you must complete before you start tracking your week, after you complete the Goal System Tool. You will learn to create inward leverage by visualizing your goals for the week.
The Daily pages are broken down into 2 sections- morning pages and evening pages. Morning pages lets you plan out your day. Evening Pages allow you to reflect and rate your day. Evening pages are very important as this helps you evaluate progress when you run reports.
It is a great exercise where you reflect on your week and deep dive into that weeks accomplishments, a key piece that allows you to reflect and deep dive into your accomplishments.

Reports Section lets you track your progress, specifically with the data you entered in the Weekly Life Review and your Evening Pages. You can track progress on a weekly and monthly basis and track data to see how you are progressing.
